An Incisive & Fascinating Foray Into The Esoteric World Of Disney
By ZyPhReX
As a preamble, this book was purchased via Lulu, which is why this is not showing as a 'verified purchase'.

Moving forward, Latitude 33:Key To The Kingdom - The Arcane Science & Hermetic Engineering Of The Happiest Place On Earth [Revised Edition] by Walter Bosley is an absolute foray into the more esoteric aspects that revolve within Disney land.

There are many fascinating aspect of this search Bosley provides us with.

For starters, the particular latitude at which this theme park resides in will spark the flames of curiosity in those seekers of hidden knowledge. That particular 'hidden in plain sight' aspect of the park is most probably not by coincidence either. But that's up to you to decide.

Bosley make's it quite clear, as he has done in many of his other groundbreaking books series such as Hidden Missions & the Empire Of The Wheel series, the information is for you - the reader - to judge by yourself. He is merely providing many facts, with a lot of reasonable theories, coupled with intriguing questions in order to provide the canvas that might lay the foundation for some deep thinking.

The exploration carried out book deals with the activation of consciousness via esoteric knowledge. This is put forth with a view into the works of known Tesla, the [unknown?] C.V. Wood, as well as glances into how this all dovetails not only with Stanford Research Institute, but also the Mind Science Foundation.

Some specific personnel within these establishments are taken a gander at [looked into] due to their field of expertise. That alone should give one pause given the possibilities that could arise from such crossing of paths so to speak.

Within his venture into the abstruse, the author also sifts through data from a variety of other fields. These in include a cursory glance at the work of Dr. Joseph P. Farrell where applicable as well as the works of David Hatcher Childress, as well as the work of Sesh Heri regarding Ley Line energies as he details in his book The Handprint Of Atlas.

Furthermore, not only does Bosley also delve into the more older [and cautionary] aspects of the modern versions of the Disney stories that are commonplace within society today such as Snow White, Pinocchio, Alice in Wonderland, but he also couples that to the other esoteric layers that these stories are connected too. Elements within those stories as well as others litter the landscape of Disney offering even more synchronicities to the already coincidence-heavy theme park.

Other notable subjects that merge within this book revolve around the tapping into of other possible dimensions given the technological aspect of it, but also alchemy, fairy folklore, hauntings, occult symbols, transcendental alchemy, and much much more.

All of this centers upon King Arthur's Carrousel.

The placement of this particular apparatus, given its precise accuracy among a triple ley line conversion, that's located at the 33 degree latitude [synchronicity alert!], would have had the capability of transmuting consciousness in various ways.

Is all of this just 'random' information plucked from the air by the author, or is there something more tangible here?

Personally, knowing how much of our history has been kept from us [after all, knowledge is power, and lack of knowledge is lack of power], and knowing how many ancient sites, and even modern ones, are located within precise points on the globe that could possibly tap into telluric energy, it would stretch the mind to think its merely coincidence.

Now, is that strong evidence for what the author alleges? That's for you to decide.

Someone, somewhere though, in modern history as well as in ancient times aligned these structures - that in many cases took great effort to create given the hundreds of tons some of these stone weigh that we can't even do now - to carry out something rather extremely unusual. And those sights number in the dozens, aligned with mathematical precision that boggles the mind. Another coincidence? Up to you to decide.

That's not to say that was attempted via King Arthur's Carrousel was also attempted in other ancient/modern sites. Was only stating that the use of the ley [telluric] lines was not only tapped into, but magnified for its use.

A more interesting question is, if what the book hypothesizes is possible, is there any places such as this out there that are accessible and were created in more modern times? How would they be used? Has the technology advanced?

It would be a shame if there wasn't, but then again, technology and its uses are only as good as those who stand behind it, and for great progress to take place great individuals - visionaries, as the author mentions - are needed.

It's sad to see Walt Disney's legacy descend into the dismal state it has in some areas in the last few decades. It hasn't been without a concerted effort either.

With that said however, the fact that it really was a great place to visit ['the happiest place on earth'] early on shows what's possible when a true visionary goes to work.

We can only hope more visionaries shed light amidst these troublesome times.

A Hidden Mickey?
By Ralph Vaughan
When I went annually (and sometimes more often) to Disneyland in the decades of the 50's, 60's & 70's (my dad had a Magic Kingdom Club card from Convair) I always felt invigorated, imbued with some of the wonder missing from the world in our workaday lives. And I noticed that my parents seemed different when they took us to Disneyland, not quite as scolding or severe. When I took my own kids to Disneyland, they had lots of fun, but I felt something was missing, something was not the same as it had been. Though I could not quite put my finger on just what that "something" was, I knew that a trip to Disneyland did not affect me the same way as it had before. As a kid, I felt as if I were in another world, but as an adult I knew the ordinary world of taxes and terrorists, of victims and villainy was not far away, just on the other side of the fence. I put it down to my expanded experience with life, a growing cynicism within myself...in short, I was getting older. According to Walter Bosley, however, it wasn't me or my advanced age, but an awareness of an actual change in Disneyland itself.

In "Latitude 33: Key to the Kingdom," Bosley postulates that the King Arthur Carousel was placed above a highly charged mass under the earth, at the convergence of several ley lines. The rotation of the carousel above that center of "earth energy" caused a metaphysical change in the park, not only enlarging the consciousness of visitors and invigorating them with electromagnetic forces, but opening portals to other dimensions. To validate his hypothesis, Bosley brings in ley lines, precognition, the mystery of genus loci, ghosts, fairy lore, history, suppositions, speculations, innuendo, synchronicity, occultism and psychic sciences. If you let yourself be immersed in Bosley's world of conspiracies and high strangeness, it's easy to see the many connections he makes between disparate events, locations and people, but, admittedly, some are more tenuous than others, calling for a higher level of suspension of disbelief.

It all changed in 1982, he claims, when the carousel was moved from atop the earth mass. Is he correct in his theories and assertions? I have no idea, but I do know that when I visited Disneyland in the 80's, the Magic Kingdom did not seem quite as magical. Did the magic go away because I moved a little closer to the grave, or because malevolent corporate powers moved the carousel? Personally, I like to think it's not just me.

The Secret to Disneyland's Magic Revealed?
By Bookseller80
The author Walter Bosley would like to see King Arthur's Carrousel restored to its original placing by C.V. Wood, but I'm afraid this cannot be. I personally know someone who once worked at Disneyland from 1981 until the 1990s who helped move it. This was not done out of spite or a mindless drive by executives to maximize profits. It was done to adhere to the City of Anaheim's updated Fire Code to allow for more walking space on either side of the attraction. That was why all of "New Fantasyland" was implemented: to improve overall safety for guests and cast members in accordance with the law. Plus, I highly doubt anyone in Ron Miller's day was even aware of C.V. Wood and his original intentions for the Carrousel. And even if they were, would it have made any difference?

I'm genuinely sorry Mr. Bosley feels that Disneyland has diminished in recent years. I'm even more dismayed to hear him talk about visionaries being marginalized or worse, vilified as cult leaders, terrorists and tyrants. But instead of writing about this saga as a lament, why not issue a call to action instead? Why not explain to readers how they too can utilize ley line energies to better the world? Why not encourage them to buck the ongoing trend of negativity and cynicism? Why not encourage them to grow as individuals and recreate society as a thriving place in harmony with its members and with the natural world? Show them what is possible instead of merely what is.

The biggest failure of the recent film "Tomorrowland" was that is focused too much on the dystopian elements of modern society while largely ignoring Walt Disney's original message that striving to create a better world is not just possible, it's actually a rewarding journey.

People are often dismayed that they never got to meet a great man like Walt without realizing they too can strive for greatness. Why not become the people we admire most? Follow their example, adapting what works while allowing flexibility for changing styles, tastes and technologies. Embrace change and have the courage to follow your vision in a way that betters peoples' lives. Will people fight you over it? Most certainly. But have faith and believe what you do matters. Most of all, inspire hope instead of fear or sadness. Make people happy and grateful you ever walked among them. They will remember you fondly for showing them a better way to live.

I conclude with a message for Mr. Bosley himself: Imagine that your role with Alfred was reversed. Imagine that you as a teenager did not meet an old man from decades past but your own future self. What wisdom would you want to impart on the younger generation? What message would you want to leave behind as your legacy?
