Harsh, Edge-y, and does get repetitive but overall a CP winner!

Folksies: Take the blurb to heart. This is VERY harsh spanking and CP. Those who want to avoid blood turn back. It isn't running in rivulets but it is present and the punishments are very severe. There is some sex in here but not a ton of it. The basic concept is sort of like 9-5 on steroids - that the Hulk would take. Got it?
There are some ingenious inventions in here, a lot of implements used, and some very well done revenge IF you go for revenge of this sort. Of course this book crosses boundaries all over the place - and, in the end, you could definitely say that justice went a lot overboard. This does have a plot and a story and real characters - but it is not, in any way, a romance. About 70% in I actually got a little bored because it became repetitive. Overall for this specific non-con/dub-con severe punishment of the implement nature - especially FemDom - this one is great. Be also warned stereotypes abound - this book is not going to break any barriers that way. Set the appropriate expectations and realize what you are buying and you should have a very good time for a couple of hours.

Boring

This is a perfect example of the most farfetched fantasy of a bunch of sadist women. and the beatings are in such detail and dragged out for such a long time that it becomes boring and even I resorted to skimming and skipping ahead as the drawn out description of simple sadistic behavior becomes just a annoyance to be jumped over, and the end was just as stupid. This story rapidly deteriorated into such nonsense it was like a cartoon, where actions a sane person knows would be fatal are repeated over and over with little consequent to the victim. I have read many books on this subject but this one takes the prize as a true waste of time and money.

Great story

I loved this story. Annie gets the pace and tension just right. The CP scenes have an unhurried and detailed level of description. I am particularly impressed with her understanding of the subs experience. A bit severe in parts but this adds to the experience. Her focus on the delights of the tawse adds to the reality for me. I love the quality that this writer brings.
